Slow moving…

So thankful we made it to Thursday or Friday, whatever day it is…Friday for work since its the last workday of this week!!! Thursday because tomorrow starts a much longed for and needed 4 day weekend.

I’ve got my bag packed to head to B & D’s after work…praying and hoping for a great weekend getaway with the boys as they go to Universal Studios and a mini-vacation. I’m sure Charlie will be happy to see his buddies and being able to run around in the dog yard with them. Ron will be packing his bag and we will meet up again when we are both off work – though by the time I see him it will probably be Friday morning as I’m sure I will be catching some Z’s by the time he gets home from work.

Say a prayer for Ron and his work team as changes are happening at the school where he works. He told me last night on the phone “I’m too dang old for change.”

I’ve been sitting here staring at the computer screen for about 20 minutes just listening to some good ole’ gospel music on Spotify: Victory in Jesus, In the Sweet By & By and Power in the Blood – old favorites that just seem to warm my heart.
