OR/WA 2013 Trip – Day 13 – Part 1

Can’t believe our last day of vacation is here.
Seems like just yesterday we were leaving Branson to go to Oregon & Washington.
Guess when they say “time flies when you are having fun” is true!!
We decided not to set the alarm for Wednesday morning and we did sleep in a little bit.
We were back on the road about 8:30 a.m. and 675 (approximately) miles to go.
Decided to do my hair a little different ~ what do you think?
Blue skies and fields of grain.

Love the peacefulness of this little town.

Love the old church.

The propellers for wind turbines…from a distance they don’t look so big.

Welcome to Dodge City.

One of many street decorations in Dodge City.

Bet it’s dark in that camper.  It is on a land rover from Germany.

Well at least it has one window.

Dodge City behind all the vehicles

Trying to get a close up of the little shops.

Dodge City
Dodge City has lots to see we just didn’t have time this trip.  Definitely want to go back for a couple of days and walk through the old town and the newer part of town.

Stay tuned for Day 13 – Part 2!!!
