Sleep

Today I am thankful for SLEEP.  Sleep is such a good thing.  Last night I slept hard and for  9 1/2 hours.  I woke feeling refreshed and ready to start the day.
There was a time where I did not sleep much.  Insomnia ruled my life.  For about 2 1/2 years if I got 4 hours of sleep I was happy.  I dealt with insomnia for over 3 years.  I am so thankful that lack of sleep in my life is a thing of the past.
Now I usually sleep 7 or more hours each night.  Eight hours is the average now.  9 1/2 is a gift, treat and enjoyed.
Sleep.   Love it and enjoy it.  Thank you Lord for the good night’s sleep I had last night.

  1. So true. Sleep is so necessary and good! I often have a hard time drifting off and spend seemingly hours listening to my husband breathe next to me. That is when I'm thankful he is next to me and he is breathing!

  2. If you want to link to your own post, call up that specific entry or post, copy the URL at the top of the page and then link it like you would some one else's web page. Hope that helps. Let me know how that works.

  3. Do you sleep better now because you are more positive now and are able to fend off stress better? I still get insomnia once in a while but mine has gotten better, too.I like your new header picture and title! Wandering Workentins–what a great name for Ali and Ron!

  4. Sleep does good….. :)Have you had your motor home header pic up before? Maybe it didn't show up on my iPad browser. It looks amazing!!!!!! I can understand you don't hesitate to live there full time!!

  5. Ali you must of needed it! The world is a whole lit easier to deal with when you get a good sleep,I'm praising for you feeling refreshed!HugsC
